Itinerary

We will pick you up from your hotel or Airbnb in Miraflores, San Isidro, or Barranco at 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and begin our journey to Captain FAP Renán Elías Olivera International Airport in Pisco. Upon arrival, you will board a modern aircraft for a spectacular 1-hour and 45-minute scenic flight over the mysterious Nazca and Palpa Lines, considered one of the world’s greatest archaeological enigmas.

During the flight, you will enjoy breathtaking aerial views of famous geoglyphs such as the Hummingbird, Monkey, Spider, Astronaut, Condor, Whale, Pelican, Flamingo, Hands, and Tree. You will also admire the beautiful valleys of Ocucaje, Santa Cruz, Palpa, Viscas, and Ingenio, ancient territories once inhabited by the Paracas and Nazca civilizations.

After the flight, we will continue to a traditional vineyard in Ica, where you will learn about the production of Peru’s renowned wine and pisco while enjoying a tasting of local products. You will then have free time to enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

Our next stop will be the spectacular Huacachina Oasis, surrounded by towering sand dunes. Here, you will experience the thrill of a dune buggy ride and try sandboarding while taking in the stunning landscapes of the Peruvian desert.

Our family had a great time in Peru. We took the tour - Peru in 10 Days: From the Capital to the Inca Ruins with Flight Included - and had it slightly changed. The travel agency was flexible in adjusting the itinerary. They were generous enough to give us a hotel room upgrade in Lima and a free guide on our Wayna Picchu trek. This was a truly memorable Christmas since we spent it in Wayna Picchu and Machu Picchu which was on our bucket list. All other parts of the tour were great especially Huacachina and Rainbow Mountain. The Ceviche in the class & tasting part of the tour was the best one we tried as compared to the highly rated restaurants we visited in Lima. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing day with this tour, perfectly guided by Gabriel, who was incredibly friendly throughout the trip. Despite being only two non-Spanish speakers in the group, he took the time to translate everything into English, which we deeply appreciated.

The day was full of wonderful surprises: from spotting incredible wildlife during the Paracas tour, to learning about the art of Pisco making during the tasting session, and finally the highlight of the day—exploring the Huacachina desert by buggy and witnessing a breathtaking sunset.
